Refunds and Exchanges

At KASHKASHA, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward Refunds and Exchanges policy.

Returns & Exchanges:

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Once we confirm your request, we will guide you through the return/exchange process.

Refund Process:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items or discounted products
Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
